Initiatives (Energy Saving & Resource Circulation)
2015 ： Adopted components to reduce compressed air in looms (approx. 10% reduction in power consumption)
2017 ： Upgraded all high-pressure compressors to inverter models
2018 ： Reviewed/optimized operation of compressed air piping and air conditioning equipment
2019 ： Achieved “visualization” of power consumption (air usage) across all looms
2020 ： Adopted air usage precision improvement components on all machines (5–10% reduction in power consumption)
2021 ： Introduced sectional warping machines (reduced product loss) / Began introducing the latest energy-saving looms
2022 ： Completed the introduction of 13 state-of-the-art, highly energy-efficient looms
2025 ： Additionally adopted components to further improve air consumption efficiency (8–10% reduction in power consumption)
2026 ： [Circular Domain] Began experiments for biodegradable materials and water-saving processes
